Fence One LLC respects your privacy. Any information you provide through our website is used solely to respond to your inquiries or provide our services. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or solicitation purposes.
Terms & Conditions
By accepting a proposal from Fence One LLC, the customer agrees to the following:
All proposals are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Fence One LLC reserves the right to correct typographical, clerical, or pricing errors.
If material costs increase by 5% or more before materials are secured, the customer will be responsible for the difference. Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before work proceeds.
Proposals are based on normal site conditions, including clear access to the work area and property lines identified by the customer. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions such as rock, concrete, tree roots, buried debris, or other underground obstacles requiring extra labor, equipment, or materials.
Fence One LLC will arrange for the location of public utilities through the appropriate utility locating service. The customer is responsible for identifying and marking any private underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible dog fences, drainage systems, septic components, or other privately installed items. Fence One LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked private utilities or buried objects.
Fence placement is based on the customer’s direction. The customer is solely responsible for confirming property boundaries. Fence One LLC strongly recommends obtaining a current property survey if boundary locations are uncertain.
All materials remain the property of Fence One LLC until payment has been received in full.
Special-order materials are non-refundable. Stock items that are returned may be subject to a restocking fee.
All work will be completed in accordance with generally accepted industry standards.
Warranty claims are subject to the terms of Fence One LLC’s warranty policy.
